Select the portal registered to this email. An unregistered or wrong-portal email receives no link and shows “User not registered”. Repeated requests are rate-limited.

For Administration, use your dedicated governance email if configured, otherwise your registered staff email. A Member email cannot reset a separate governance password.

Franchise recovery returns to the separate Franchise sign-in. A sent confirmation means the mail service accepted the message; check Inbox and Spam.
